Carol Dawson May 2011 Show

Carol's impeccable watercolors stunned a large opening crowd this weekend. The detail in them is just incredible. From across the room, they look photo-realistic. However, when you get up close, you can see evidence of the hand in her brush work and the washy quality of the medium. Carol is also a writer and gave a wonderful talk on the duality of being both a literary and a visual artist. We thought it was so good we recorded it and have made it available to listen to here. We hope you are as inspired as we were.
